Hey hey hey! Now that everyone is back in school, and we all want to eat healthy but we also crave that sweet and saltiness that we all love. I’ve got the solution for you. Oh my goodness, literally after I made these I was beating myself up for not making these sooner. These are great little snacks to make for school, bring to a potluck, a holiday party just about anything. They are tha bomb dot com, and I am so excited to share them with you! Make sure you check out Madhava for more of their products, I honestly wouldn’t have agreed to collaborate with anyone unless I genuinely loved the products and I really really love Madhava. Their products are premium, healthy and they taste amaze balls. Hah, get it!? Anyways, I hope you guys love these popcorn balls as much as I love you! xo
6 Cups of Popcorn
2/3 Of Chopped Almonds
1/4 Cup plus Two Tablespoons of Madhava Agave
2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
Mix popcorn, almonds into a large bowl. Heath agave and almond butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the syrup starts to get light, frothy and bubbly cook and stir for 30 more seconds. Pour the syrup over the popcorn, mix with a wooden spoon until lightly covered. Let it cool completely.
Once it’s cooled press small amounts into your hand and form little balls. You may need to wash you hards off every few times. VOILA! You’ve now made the best popcorn balls on the planet! Hope you enjoyed! xo

Ugh I live for these in the fall. When I was younger and went trick or treating, this one house always had the best homemade popcorn balls and I looked forward to it so much

I have got to try these. I have not had popcorn balls in years and years but I always think about how much I used to love them around this time of the year. I just got a new popcorn popper and these are calling my name.
