Y’all it is FALL. Firstly, thank you to Rove Concepts for collaborating with me on this post. If you guys haven’t seen our living room reveal post click here! I go into depth about Rove and my love for them and these sofas! They’re so comfortable, durable and the best choice we made for our space. Even with a baby!
This is my favorite time of year. Something so special about it. This is also my favorite time of year to start decorating for the Holidays. However this year is a little different. We’re moving! Yes, we sold our house and are moving in less than a month. So I wanted to keep all of my fall decor really simple this year. I typically go out and find some new goodies but we’re trying to get rid of things not accumlate more. At least not until we’re in the new house! Hah!
When I think Fall I think cozy. So I wanted to bring in some warmer textures. I have a little wooden vase and I brought up my woven pillow covers and I think that alone makes the space feel super cozy.
Another thing that is so insanely cheap is getting the little white pumpkins. These are like 70 cents at Trader Joe’s. I picked up a few and scattered them throughout the house. I also made sure to stock up on some candles and dried hydrangeas. Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers and when they start to get a little green they give me all the fall vibes. Also HACK. Once they’re turning green you don’t have to put them in water. They’ll typically just dry out and stay that way for a while. Whcih means you’re not going out every week to grab a new florals!
I just think those are a few really great way to decorate really simple for fall and to bring some warmth and comfort into your home without breaking the bank!
