I’ll just say these pregnancy essentials is from personal experience. Before taking any supplements or using any products please check with your doctor before use. Like I said this is what has worked for me and our little babe!
I’ve had this Dwell and Sumber dress for over a year now and it’s been a staple in my wardrobe. Now that I’m nearly 9 months pregnant you guys, I’ve been wearing it for sure weekly almost daily. It’s so comfortable and soft and It’s defiantly coming with me in my hospital bag! It’s perfect for breastfeeding too!
Maternity underwear is something I’ve put off for a while but when I got into the 8th and 9th month I purchased some and I’m mad I didn’t sooner! They’re so comfortable and these ones from motherhood maternity aren’t too like ugly-ish right? Lolz
Being mega preg in the summer months there’s a lot of strapless dresses. I had a really hard time finding a bra that fits good, that was flexible and that could grow with me. Because in that region you deff grow, a lot. I found this one at victorias secret and it’s my fav. I defiantly think I’ll wear it for nursing too because it’s an easy unhook.
Let’s be real, in the first-trimester (and throughout pregnancy) constipation happens. Magnesium can be super helpful for that. I’ve always taken Magnesium especially because I had pelvic floor dysfunction before pregnancy and I really feel like this has helped with it!
For me, anxiety and no sleep deff came with pregnancy. This stuff has been bomb. You can mix it with water, la croix, tea just about anything. Lately, I’ve been mixing it with raspberry leaf tea at night and I think it’s improved my sleep a little more!
My Dr has said so many times how important it is to drink a ton of water during the day and buying a cute water bottle has helped me stay on top of my water intake. Does anyone else drink more water when they have a cute water bottle?!
I know most people save it for postnatal but in the first trimester, these suckers grew like crazy. Which there was a lot of discomfort and itch. Applying this nipple cream as part of my morning routine really helped with the discomfort.
One word. Heartburn. It’s kicked my butt this pregnancy I could eat a head of lettuce and an hour later I get heartburn. So tums have been my bedside, purse, kitchen, living room everrrry room. Tums have been a life saver.
I had a lot of acne before pregnancy and the products I was using before didn’t work. I switched to Cottage Green House products and have been in love and I feel like this orange peel honey mask and facial oil has saved my skin!
I didn’t need the pregnancy pillow the first few months but around 6 months I started sleeping with it and now I feel like it’s really transformed my sleep. I’m also a big back sleeper and after 20 weeks you’re really not supposed to sleep on your back and this really helped me stay on my side.
Knock on wood, but my stomach has been great so far. I don’t have any stretch marks (although I hear they just appear overnight) but my stomach is really soft my skin looks really good and I really think I owe it to Palmers Stretch Mark Lotion!
