I’m really really excited to share this Pineapple Napkin DIY with you all!! This is in collaboration with Ace Hardware. I decided to make up some pineapple printed cloth napkins!
So I think this is probably one of my favorite DIY’s I’ve ever done! So a little about our home, it’s very basic… LOL What I mean is our walls are plain and our kitchen is fairly neutral. So adding pops of colors from napkins, succulents or dishes is kinda my jam. I have commitment issues with colors, painting cabinets or bold flooring kinda terrifies me, I appreciate when others do it but for me, my safe space is adding color this way, okey rant over. Now onto the DIY!
First thing I did was carved a potato to create the pineapple stamp. It was fairly easy to do; if I were you I’d do a test run a few times before you start stamping. I used a generous amount of paint to brush over the stamp, and then stamped a paper towel a couple of times before I stamped the cloth. You want to make sure there is some paint on it, but not too much.
Once you’ve stamped everything just let it sit to dry for a few hours. The paint I used from Ace was the Clark+Kensington. (Pictured Below)

“$.99 paint pint offer valid on Valspar and Clark+Kensington. At participating stores 8/1-8/31. Prices may vary. Limit 4. Color samples must be tinted in unique colors. I love this DIY! It seems so easy. You could make a new set of napkins/towels for each day of the week 🙂 And I have a not-so-secret love affair for ACE Hardware. Wandering around my local ACE is honestly one of my favorite things to do. Thank you so much for sharing, I can’t wait to test this DIY out!
