What up pretty peeps! Ah i’m excited for this post. Lately I’ve found my self falling into the MEH moods some health things going on which was concerning me, no worries I am totes okay but It made my mental state kinda go into a spin and these are a few things that if I do, I really can’t help but to feel better!
- Get coffee/visit with a friend
This helps take my mind off things and get coffee with a friend that you know will support you and who lifts your sprits. If you don’t have a friend locally, hop on the phone! Or just tweet at me, we can chat! - Watch something inspiring
So someone that you love, a ted talk, an inspirational youtube video, an audio book just watch something that will inspire you. - Meditate
I am a big advocate for meditation. It’s something I spend about 10-20 minutes daily doing. It centers me, brings me back to focusing on what I want and really helps to reengineer the brain. - Take a break
When I’m in a mood, I like to go for a walk even if it’s around target (although I usually end up spending all my money there…) Or I go for a walk at a local green house we do and just look at flowers. I know it sounds a bit woo woo but whatever works well for you, go do that. Take break and do something that will lift your spirits. - Dance stupid
Really it’s that simple. Turn on some jams and dance your little heart out. - Go do a random act of kindness
Random acts of kindness not only brings happy vibes to the people around you, but to yourself. It’ll raise your vibration doing little happy things for others.
