As you saw I made theses Burger Cupcakes for Matts Birthday. Since he has never been one to fall in love with sweets and I feel it is almost a law that on your Birthday you need to have something some sort of a sugary treat, I decided these were as close as I was going to get to a normal food. I saw the recipe here and decided to give this a try. These burger cupcakes turned out to be a hit they were easy, fun and tasty. the sesame seeds were the perfect touch. [I sprinkled the sesame seeds on before I baked the cupcakes.] The rest of the tutorial is shown below. I think theses are also perfect for football season. They’re the perfect “football treat.”
In the original recipe it had shown shredded coconut and personally I am not a fan of coconut and neither is Matt.
I melted white cocolate and dyed it green let it harden again and shredded it.
Kristin i love these, they’re amazing!!
Definitely going to have to make some.
