You guys I truly believe you can manifest and create your reality. These tips on How To Manifest Your Goals are pretty simple and important to implement each day to keep you on track and working towards your goals and the things you want.
I’ll notice when I get caught up in comparison, stress, the anxiety I’ll look back at my daily routine and ask myself if I’m practicing these. Most likely I’m not. Not only is this helping bring the things you want into your reality but it’s keeping you on track and focused.
I really believe that these are simple to implement and don’t just bookmark and save this for later. Sit down today and really try to work on at least one of these. I think just that simple action can make a big impact.
Write out what you want
This is the best way to start. Sit down and just start writing out the things you want. Is it a new home? Joy? A certain income a month? You can write out as much as you’d like. I think the key here is getting it all down so you have an idea of the things you’re truly wanting.
Then start with I am or I have.
I have a new home
I feel joy every single day
I am happy every day
I am healthy
I make X amount of month
I am strong
Take these and write them out on a card to carry with you in your purse or you can put it in your notes app and when you’re waiting in line somewhere or you just parked and have a few minutes before you need to go in somewhere take out your book at look at it and say it to yourself.
Vision Board
I think this is great to do after you’re written everything you want out onto paper. This is a great reminder and there’s something visually that when you look at it even when you’re feeling stuck.
I think the key here is to make sure your vision board feels good when you look at it.
Make sure you’re feeling inspired, excited, joyful, grateful and happy. You get it. You want to make sure when you look at it you’re feeling a positive emotion instead of lack.
Be aware of your thoughts
I think this goes more just to live a happier life but become so aware of your thoughts. Where you thoughts go when you walk into a store, when you’re sitting in line somewhere, sitting in traffic. Try your hardest to create happy scenarios and start to trust more. No joke when a car cuts me off I say thank you. Because I’m trusting that I’m in alignment and I’m truly trusting in God and the Universe. That person cutting me off maybe prevented me from getting in an accident up the road. When I’m waiting in line somewhere I feel like it’s the perfect time to practice gratitude.
When you feel yourself start to create a negative scenario in your mind try to shift it. Now I’m all about planning and thinking rationally. If you have a situation that you need to work through, I think that is clearing out the gunk which is super important. I’m all about working on the hard stuff. But I’m just saying the mindless negative thoughts, try your hardest to shift those.
Clear out the gunk
Now if you really want to know how to manifest your goals. do. this. This goes with what I just said above. I’m all about thinking positively but I think it’s just as important if not more to really work on clearing the gunk. I don’t mean just stop thinking negative, no work on the things that are holding you back. That is truly creating anxiety in your life.
I’m talking about working on the stuff that helps you show up better in this life, makes you a better wife, mother, friend and impact on the people around you.
What is that thing that is living in the back of your mind that is consistently brought up in your mind multiple times a day that you haven’t’ dealt with. That thing that you keep thinking about that you know you need to do but you keep brushing it under the rug. What is that? THAT. Is the gunk I’m talking about. Dig out the mess and deal with the hard things.
