So you guys, I can’t believe I’m almost 7 months pregnant. I feel like this has flown by and now we’re getting ready to meet our little newborn baby boy! It’s crazy to me that we’re still having a baby. We’re so incredibly happy and excited and to be honest, so far I’ve really enjoyed being pregnant. I can’t believe we’re going to have a little baby boy after all this! Is it weird that I’m almost still in disbelief? I feel his little kicks all the time and we’re getting ready and gathering everything we need, but I am still sometimes in disbelief of it all! It’s just all way too good!
I feel like the time is flying and now it’s time we start getting our butts in gear because in just three short months our little newborn will be here! Yeah, I can’t believe that. Three. Months.
This has all flown by, I remember in the first trimester feeling like it was taking forever and now that we’re just three short months away I feel like we’re going at lightning speed!
Matt and I were talking and I wanted to start cleaning and pre-washing getting his little clothes. I knew I wanted to find a safe detergent for him. So I’m not a laundry person. It’s something I put off, sometimes a little too long, but doing his laundry is so fun. I love going through and pre-washing his little clothes and planning out what we’ll have him wear first! I also loved all of the reviews on Amazon. But really you guys, make it a day with your partner and have fun with it! Put on some jams, get comfy and get the laundry done. I can’t tell you how great the scent is, and how excited I am to put together his little clothes. I’ve also felt like this was such a special bonding experience with our baby. Like I said above, I sometimes just feel like I’m in disbelief with all of it. But using Dreft Newborn, I just feel like our connection is so much stronger with him. It get’s me even more excited holding (and smelling!) all of his little washed clothes and blankets! We can’t wait to meet our little man!
