So I don’t have kids, but I get it. I get the days where you’re like you feel like you’re just existing and not living your truest potential or maybe it’s not even that you just feel like each day is the same thing over and over again. I get the feeling of being stuck. You know you want more, you know you deserve more happiness, you know you have more to offer, but you just feel so damn stuck with the daily routine that is your reality right now.

1. Meditation
Lately, meditation is something that has completely changed my life. It helps me get back into my zone; it opens me up to creative possibilities that if I never thought of. When you’re living each day by an unconscious routine, your mind isn’t opening up to what it’s potential is. You have so so so many creativity to share and to have downloaded, but if you’re not giving yourself and allowing yourself to be open to that, it’s not going to happen. So it’s extremely important to give yourself that time to meditate. Always keep a journal next to you afterward because you never know what will come to you.
2. Journaling
That brings me to this topic, JOURNALING! I LOVE journaling so so so much. When I started journaling it was a total game changer for me. I specifically journal to my intuition, my unconscious mind, my higher self and I ask God and Universe questions. Seems cray. For the longest time, it overwhelmed me, and I just didn’t journal because I didn’t know where to start. That’s why I’m here; I’m going to help you grab the journal freebie here and get started.
3. Changing your mind chatter
It is so so SO important to become aware of where your mind is drifting to. What stories do you keep telling yourself? What negative mind chatter is going on? When you feel yourself shifting to a negative state or reacting to a situation in a negative way one phrase that realigns and shifts that energy back for me is one I got from Gabby Bernstein, and it is “Thank you Universe for guiding me to perceive this fear through the teacher of love.”
ps. Another brilliant thing she says is “The presence of fear shows up when you’re not relying on the universe.”
Bookmark those m’freinds or create a graphic and keep it in your phone so when you’re feeling overwhelmed you can open it and look at it..

4. Organizing your day
ABCD hours. Abcd hours are where it’s at. My list of to-do’s is like a mile long. Then I look at that list, get so overwhelmed that I decide to distract myself and watch daily vloggers on youtube for the next 9 hours.

Work on _______’s email nurturing system
Between those hours I never move onto the next thing. If I have time, maybe I’ll meditate or stretch, take mil for a walk. But I never move onto the next task which eases my mind.
5. Self Care
Not even kidding even if it’s 5 minutes or 10 minutes out of your day. Even if all it is is a 10-minute lavender bath, do it. You deserve it, and I promise promise promise you, you’ll feel so much better after you do it. Even meditating. I tell so many people to meditate, it clears your mind, opens you up and relieves stress. But for some reason people feel so blocked when doing it. But taking time for your self-care is so important. Healed people heal people. If you want to live a present life with others, see people for who they authentically are and truly love on individuals. Take time for you, take the time to put good information in your brain and raise your vibration. Then you can heal others.
