WHERE MY VEGAN GAL PALS AT?!
So I’m not vegan, at all. I mean if you’re ever in need of someone to eat a burger with or share some cheesy bacon fries, I’m your gal.
On the other hand, my tummy, skin and over-all mental health feels hella better when I eat a more plant based diet. So we’ve been trying. Now, when I go out with some friends or when we have our nonjudgment pizza nights, I’m not worrying about eating plants, in fact, the more cheesy goodness, the better.
I can’t see myself going fully vegan, but it’s fun to experiment, and my bod likes it a whole lot more.
I will never give up on you cheesy fries, I promise.
But I’ve been having such a great time checking out Dana over at Minimalist Baker. Her recipes are all ten ingredients or less; I believe you can make everything in 30 minutes too which is so doable. I just love her and her recipes.
