Growing up I was never a fan of breakfast foods, my parents had to practically force me to eat before school. Lately, I’m really trying to be a good grown up and trying to enjoy eating a big and hearty breakfast. You guys know the saying, “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.” Well, we’ll see how long I stick with it but so far, so good!
I’ve been on a gluten & dairy free kick lately. (except for yogurt) I’m not too fanatical about it if we go to a nice restaurant or go to a friends house I’m not going to not eat… Ya know? But eating at home I’m trying my hardest to stay gluten and dairy free. I have better clarity, my skin stays clearer, my stomach isn’t as bloated and I just overall have a bit more energy. Have you tried to kick gluten and dairy out of your diet? Have you seen any benefits?
