Growth is confusing. Sometimes it’s hard to realize that we’re actually growing when we sometimes feel like we’re falling apart. The awkward emotions come up. Anger, sadness, lost, being hystarical and sometimes depression but they all come up for a reason and they come to teach us a lesson and to help us grow. It’s always hard to realize that whatever it is, it is a good thing and a lot of times we never see that for ourselves unless we have a teacher or a good book. Feeling gratitude is the hardest but yet the most important thing you can do for yourself. You’ll go through growth but even though it doesn’t seem that way it is.. All these emotions are is the process of change, we’re expanding and growing larger than what we can handle at this moment we’re opening up we’re becoming more spiritually sensitive to everything around us. Congratulations you’re not numb to the world, this is a good thing. When you grow you feel it, in a positive or negative manner. Change creates stress so don’t worry, it’s okay. Everything you experience may not be a pleasant feeling but don’t worry, it’s your growth and expansion. It can also be a confusing feeling, and the absolute most unpleasant feeling is you know somethings wrong but you don’t know what is wrong, then it becomes irritating and annoying because you have no cognition of what is happening to you, don’t worry it’s your growth. Be in gratitude. You’ll have times where it seems like your whole body is holding it’s breath and you have no idea what your next step should be, just know this is all preparation for the bigger picture, the next step in your life, your evolution. Your new you is evolving and the bigger and better you is about to appear.
so, be in gratitude.

Oh, I totally needed this today! I’ve had some not-so-positive thoughts lately, but to reframe that as proof that I am growing certainly makes sense. I wrote in my journal today: “Learn how to be kind to myself.” I think we all could.

This is a great reminder to look at the bigger picture! I think expressing gratitude should be part of everyone’s daily routine š

Gratitude is so easy, momentarily. Its amazing how quickly we move on from it whenever the next thing goes wrong. Lately, I’ve been trying to remind myself of all that I have to be thankful for, in the past, the present, and what’s to come. There is always so much for me to say.

woah. very strange that I came across this today, because lately I haven’t been feeling myself at all. I’ve had a ton of anxiety (totally not like me), and have had a lot of ups and downs. Thanks for this post – it really made me see that I feel this way for a reason and that you grow from what happens in life. love it!
